BitcoinOX is a cold wallet that stores virtual currencies like BTC, BCH, TRX,NEO, LTC and some other coins. There are three (3) reasons why I like the BitcoinOX wallet these are Security, Support team and ease of use.
BitcoinOX is an offline wallet, it doesn't store your funds on an online server this reduces risk of loosing your funds cause they are not always connected to the internet which is much more safer for anyone to use.
The support team on the exchange is always available, you can always reach out to them via email and ask for some assistance or ask some questions to get clarified on issues relating to their services or your wallet account

The wallet is easy to use, I didn't find it hard using its features cause there were visual illustrations in forms of short videos on how to use the wallet, this makes it quite easy knowing what to do at every moment whenever I'm stranded on the exchange.
BitcoinOX is available on both Apple Store and Google play Store so all smartphone users can download it depending on the type of device ( IOS or Android)  they are using.

It shows online status and can work via unstable connection — just checked. High menu consists of 2 hands and it`s simple to go through the pages. It`s perfect for daily use and to make and receive payments. Meanwhile, if you have questions or problems, their support service is also 24/7 via Telegram, so it takes a little bit time. There is a link to developers` website Excdev in the wallet. The team adds new abilities of the wallet and, may be, it will be better and more comfortable soon. By the way, I go to Revain from the Bitcoin OX app. Revain rate is added there and I can see top rates of projects, exchange, wallets, cryptocards  in my mobile. It`s interesting and , perhaps, nee dto me because I plan to use cryptocurrencies for a long time.
